Impressions from the reading life

Within a Budding Grove (In Search of Lost Time, #2) - Marcel Proust, C.K. Scott Moncrieff, Terence Kilmartin, D.J. Enright + beautiful metaphors
- views about women. I know it's an old book, but sometimes it was just too much.
+ recognized some of my own thoughts, found new interesting ones
+ spa scenery
- preferred the half rural characters in book one. Elstir and Bloch feel somehow artificial.
++ I love Prousts last pages. He's great in writing book endings.

I like the pace of ISoLT, but I felt this book was a bit too long. Maybe I'm only exhausted from this Proust marathon.
